![]() ![]() ![]() The 2nd referee does however get involved in things that the 1st referee doesn’t. 2nd RefereeĪs noted above the 2nd referee’s main purpose is to assist the 1st referee in ensuring the game runs as fairly and efficiently as possible. The last role the 1st referee has is calling a close to the match once one team is announced victorious. Once one of the teams has reached the required score to win the set the referee will finish the set, ask the teams to switch sides before recommencing for the following sets. The game will commence and throughout the match the 1st referee will be responsible for deciding which team is awarded the point and keeping an eye out for any faults during live play. Once the formalities and warmups are completed the 1st referee will ask the starting teams to take the floor, once all players and officials are in position the game can begin. This information will be reported back to the scorers to allow them to note down which team is which side and who is serving first. Once this is all agreed the 1st referee will initiate the coin toss or similar to determine which team will be serving and receiving. The 1st referee will then explain how the match will proceed and what to do in certain situations such as to question a call or raise any issues during the match. The 1st referee will meet and shake hands of both captains and ask the captains to greet each other. Once all the officials have been briefed the 1st referee will ask for the captains from each team to come over to the referee stand. This also gives the other officials a chance to ask any questions or clarify anything they may be unclear on surrounding their duties. If you have the pleasure of being a 1st referee at your next game it might be nice to know what you should expect throughout the event of the match.īefore the match starts the 1st referee must gather in all other officials to run over the course of the match and what each official is expected to do, look out for or record as applicable. The 1st referee will often discuss with the 2nd referee before the start of the match which faults they would like the 2nd referee to watch out for. Just from the faults noted above you can see the 1st referee has a lot on their plate, not to mention the fact they are ultimately responsible for all the other members of the officiating crew. There are many other faults which the 1st referee is required to look at for however this is where the help of the 2nd referee comes into play. In general the 1st referee will be responsible for starting each rally and signalling the serving team to serve, watching for obvious faults during live play which include but are not limited to: double contact, carry, 4 hits, net touches, back court violations & Hand overs. Ultimately the 1st referee is responsible for making every decision that takes place and if they see fit they can overall or alter any call. This allows them to see all other officials to make decisions easier and quicker to ensure the game runs as efficiently as possible. The 1st referee is the official that you will often see standing at the top of the podium on the opposite side of the court to the scorers and 2nd referee. Head over to Amazon by clicking here to get your volleyball essentials I touched on what each official’s role is above however this is just the tip of the iceberg so let’s take a better look at what each role involves. The roles of each official are actually quite involved and if one official lapses it could have a drastic effect on the decision, score and overall result of the match. The assistant scorer also keeps track of Libero rotations. Officials are the unsung heroes of all sports but this is especially true in Volleyball. Officials play multiple roles in volleyball, they are the overseers of the game, the peace keepers in tense situations and the deciders in close calls. This article however is going to look at just how vital officials are to the sport of volleyball and how without them the game would be a complete farce. Volleyball is no different especially when it comes to the 1st & 2nd referee’s and often the line judges. Officials are often seen as the villains or enemies of whichever sport they oversee. ![]()

4/15/2024 0 Comments Klondike solitaire free games![]() ![]() Once you’ve moved the top card, the second card moves up to the top position and all the other cards in the stock also move up one spot, creating new options. In this game, you deal 3 cards instead of 1, and you can only use the top card. The above rules also apply to three-card Solitaire, the only difference being that not all the cards from the stock are available. You should move a King to the empty space as soon as possible this will also uncover a new card. Once you’ve completed a pile, thus creating an empty space, only a King can fill it. With each new card, you should examine whether you can use it somewhere on the tableau in order to uncover new cards. Every time you press or click on this pile, 1 new card is dealt to the waste. When no more legal moves are possible on the tableau, we turn to the stockpile. And since the first card of a foundation always has to be an Ace, we can immediately play it to the foundation. In Figure 3, we see that after moving the black 7, a new card is turned over, a black Ace. The more cards have been turned over, the greater the chances of winning the game. ![]() You can also move several cards at once if these have already been stacked on top of each other.Įvery time you move a card to another pile, a hidden card will be turned over, giving you new options. In Figure 2, for example, you can move a black 7 to a red 8. On the tableau itself, you can move the face up cards from pile to pile, alternating in color and in descending order. To win a game of Solitaire, you have to move all the cards distributed across the tableau and the stock to the 4 foundations, sorted by suit and in ascending order from the Ace to the King. The rules below concern the easy and most frequently played version, dealing 1 card. When you start a new game, you can choose whether you want to deal 1 card or 3 cards. The foundation: All the cards of the stock, waste and tableau ultimately end up here. The waste: Once all the cards of the stock have been brought into play, they end up face up in the waste pile. The stock: After the 28 cards have been dealt into piles on the tableau, the remaining 24 cards comprise the stockpile and are turned face down. ![]() Only the last card of each pile is turned face up and the rest are turned face down. The first pile always consists of 1 card, with each subsequent pile containing 1 more card than the preceding one. The tableau: Solitaire is played with 52 cards, with 28 of them being distributed in 7 piles across the tableau. To help you learn to play the game, let’s first explain what the playing field looks like. This game has even become so popular over time that most people simply call it “Solitaire”, without the “Klondike”. Solitaire is the collective name for a large number of single-player card games, of which Klondike Solitaire is the best known. ![]() 4/15/2024 0 Comments Red giant misfire serial![]() ![]() NOTE: While a number of categories include a Frequency control, each category determines its frequency separately, so splotches won’t necessarily appear at the same frame as dust or any other category of effect.īlack Dust Amount, White Dust Amount: Control the maximum number of black or white dust particles appearing in any one frame. How you develop your brain to know where the center of the screen is depends on the crosshair you use (after a long enough time it's possible to not even use a crosshair). Yes, there is one feeling for the center of the screen and there is only one center of the screen, that is true. Or you can put your enemy on a crosshair There are 2 schools of thought when it comes to crosshairs and one is inherently better than the other: One crosshair isn't better than the other, it's up to the player but what I see most people say is use a gap lower than 3 and you'll be good when that isn't the case at all. Not one of them has told me a crosshair with a gap is bad.Ī small cross rewards precision meaning you'll miss more if your aim isn't developed, a big gap rewards good crosshair placement and let's you develop your aim easier. I was the 3rd highest rank in csgo (LEM) and I've seen all the different crosshairs people use. I am currently around mid-high ascendant so not the tippy top but I'm better than average. ![]() There's also the stigma of almost all pro players using tiny crosshairs and people in low elo trying to copy pros settings instead of finding their own. It's easier to use a big gap at all ranges than use a dot or very small gap at all ranges and that's almost always a fact. Small crosshairs are good for long range engagements while they're tougher to use in close range engagements. The reason you find a bigger gap bad is because you have a different sense of where the center of the screen is. I tried his crosshair once and never moved on since I didn't miss my shots as much. One of the best Aimers csgo has ever seen, XANTARES, uses a huge gap in the middle. Crosshairs almost never matter unless you're doing meme shit like those extra thick ones or the smiley faces. Don't look at scoreboard or think about winning the deathmatch, play aggressive in your area, make noise, shoot gun at walls and give away your position, and people will come fight you(don't be the one who is always holding angles, and there is no point in shift-walking and if your goal is to practice shooting and crosshair placement, unless your goal is winning the DM)īut of course running around and get as many kills as you can is also a great way to practice, but I think it benefits more your flicking motion than crosshair placement, but its a great way nonetheless and most people do this for warm ups.Doesn't at all, for some people, including me, it's found easier to find the center of the screen with a bigger gap and the feeling is better. It's a really good practice for both post-plant and crosshair placement since people will come from all the possible angle and entry point of a real match post-plant, and you should be actively looking for duels within that area. Practicing crosshair placement in DM is hard since you are going to get shot from different angles all the time, personally I think DM is a great practice for flicks.īut I think a good way to practice crosshair placement in DM is to pick bombsite and a post plant spot(say Haven map A haven or Bind A showers or Bind B garden) Stay there and defend the spot. ![]() |
